Ben Bolotin

Broker Ben

Ben has been licensed and working in commercial real estate since 2013. Prior to starting Region Commercial, he held roles at prominent real estate firms focused on the acquisition, management, and brokerage of commercial real estate properties around the country. In total, Ben has overseen hundreds of commercial transactions, managed over 6 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail property worth +$1.3 billion AUM, and negotiated an estimated $100 million in sale and leasing value. His clients have ranged from small-medium size local businesses to multi-national companies. Ben's experiences enable him to deliver excellent service to business owners in Western/Central Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.

Broker Mitch

Mitch Bolotin began his commercial real estate career in 1985. With nearly 40 years of experience in the industry, he has handled more than 2,000 transactions, totaling over $1 Billion in value. His clients range from local businesses, tenants, and investors to regional, national and multi-national corporations looking to sell, purchase or lease commercial real estate. Mitch has also become the go-to local expert for many national commercial real estate brokerage firms who rely on him for his knowledge of the marketplace in Western Massachusetts. His expertise spans all property types including industrial, retail, office and investment properties making him fluent in all areas of commercial property. Mitch deeply understands that each client is different and every assignment requires a tailored approach to achieve its goals.

Before joining Region Commercial with his son, Ben, Mitch directed the commercial brokerage division of a local firm for 26 years. During that time he lead and continues to lead many critical assignments, including leasing for PeoplesBank Executive Office Park, TD Bank Building in downtown Springfield, the Basketball Hall of Fame and many others. Nationally, there are few commercial real estate advisors with more deal experience, making him an invaluable asset for many business leaders.

Alyssa is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with a passion for connecting with people, making her a valuable asset to Region Commercial. With experience in customer service, marketing, commercial interior design and leasing, she brings a unique skill set that enhances her role as a General Manager. Alyssa’s ability to understand and engage with clients on a personal level has been instrumental in fostering strong, lasting relationships. Her diverse background allows her to approach challenges with a creative, solution-oriented mindset, ensuring the best outcomes for both clients and the firm.

As Commercial Real Estate Sales Director, Anthony represents clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties across the region. He brings hands-on experience in both leasing and sales assignments, allowing him to guide owners, investors, and tenants through transactions with an experienced, practical approach.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Anthony served as an Account Manager for a leading engineering, software, manufacturing, and technical recruiting service for the aerospace, defense, automotive, and industrial sectors. He was responsible for executing client contracts and supporting workforce and staffing objectives for a diverse portfolio of clients. That experience sharpened his ability to understand customer needs, manage complex negotiations, and deliver strategic solutions—skills he now applies directly to commercial real estate transactions.

A graduate of Western New England University, Anthony combines market intelligence with strong client advocacy and a commitment to excellent service.

Job Summary

Region Commercial, located in West Springfield, MA, is a fast growing commercial real estate company, looking for a full-time Client Service Manager. This position is responsible for maintaining the satisfaction of our clients by ensuring timely deliverables, excellent management of our listings, and smooth company operations. On a daily basis, this means interfacing directly with our team of real estate advisors, speaking with clients when needed, and managing the “supply-chain” of proposals, marketing materials, and all things related to bringing new properties to market. This position reports directly to our Managing Broker and therefore is best suited for someone who is very well organized, a self-starter, and likes being a member of a team that works efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone interested in helping to build a robust, inclusive organization that better serves its clients.


This is a hybrid in-office/remote role. We believe that as long as our clients are being treated with the best service, and the job gets done, we trust our people to manage their schedules and time. That said, applicants should plan to be in office at least 2 days per week during normal business hours. Other days candidates should be reachable, and ready to service client/property needs either remotely or in the field.

The company’s primary office is located in West Springfield, MA and employs agents with over half a century of industry experience working on industrial, retail, office and other types of non-residential property. On an annual basis, the company completes roughly 100 assignments for clients throughout its geographic service area.
