Broker Ben Bolotin
Ben has been licensed and working in commercial real estate since 2013. Prior to starting Region Commercial, he held roles at prominent real estate firms focused on the acquisition, management, and brokerage of commercial real estate properties around the country. In total, Ben has overseen hundreds of commercial transactions, managed over 6 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail property worth +$1.3 billion AUM, and negotiated an estimated $100 million in sale and leasing value. His clients have ranged from small-medium size local businesses to multi-national companies. Ben's experiences enable him to deliver excellent service to business owners in Western/Central Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
Broker Mitch Bolotin
Mitch Bolotin began his commercial real estate career in 1985. With nearly 40 years of experience in the industry, he has handled more than 2,000 transactions, totaling over $1 Billion in value. His clients range from local businesses, tenants, and investors to regional, national and multi-national corporations looking to sell, purchase or lease commercial real estate. Mitch has also become the go-to local expert for many national commercial real estate brokerage firms who rely on him for his knowledge of the marketplace in Western Massachusetts. His expertise spans all property types including industrial, retail, office and investment properties making him fluent in all areas of commercial property. Mitch deeply understands that each client is different and every assignment requires a tailored approach to achieve its goals.
Before joining Region Commercial with his son, Ben, Mitch directed the commercial brokerage division of a local firm for 26 years. During that time he lead and continues to lead many critical assignments, including leasing for PeoplesBank Executive Office Park, TD Bank Building in downtown Springfield, the Basketball Hall of Fame and many others. Nationally, there are few commercial real estate advisors with more deal experience, making him an invaluable asset for many business leaders.

Job Summary
Region Commercial, located in West Springfield, MA, is a fast growing commercial real estate company, looking for a full-time Client Service Manager. This position is responsible for maintaining the satisfaction of our clients by ensuring timely deliverables, excellent management of our listings, and smooth company operations. On a daily basis, this means interfacing directly with our team of real estate advisors, speaking with clients when needed, and managing the “supply-chain” of proposals, marketing materials, and all things related to bringing new properties to market. This position reports directly to our Managing Broker and therefore is best suited for someone who is very well organized, a self-starter, and likes being a member of a team that works efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone interested in helping to build a robust, inclusive organization that better serves its clients.
This is a hybrid in-office/remote role. We believe that as long as our clients are being treated with the best service, and the job gets done, we trust our people to manage their schedules and time. That said, applicants should plan to be in office at least 2 days per week during normal business hours. Other days candidates should be reachable, and ready to service client/property needs either remotely or in the field.
Responsibilities
Work with the sales team to manage and ensure timely client deliverables
Work with our third party vendors to bring new for sale and for lease properties to market
Oversee the collection of property information and the assembly of presentations and marketing materials
Edit documents, presentations, and marketing materials in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Google Sheets or Word
Design, order and coordinate installation of signage at our various listings
Own digital assets and listing services including the company website, Costar, LoopNet, MLS, etc.
Ensure all public facing property information is complete and accurate
Draft and review agreements such as listing contracts and letters of intent (LOIs) for the sale and leasing of properties
Source, vet and manage new vendor relationships that are relied upon for daily operations
Work with the Managing Broker to identify and implement areas of improved client experience
In general, be familiar with all ongoing projects and client needs and be prepared to delight our clients on daily basis
Basic Qualifications
Extremely well organized, detail oriented individual, interested in a fast paced, growing company with opportunity to take on a leadership role
3+ years of experience working directly with clients or customers in a professional setting
Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite: GMail, Drive, Slides, Sheets, and Docs
Strong communication skills and someone who is capable of initiating progress
Associates or Bachelor degree required
Must provide a valid driver's license as some driving may be required to attend meetings, showings, and on-site property visits
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with CoStar, LoopNet, and MLS
Experience in property management or commercial real estate
Familiar with a “start-up” environment
Salary
$50,000 - $55,000 annually

Job Summary
Region Commercial, located in West Springfield, MA, is a fast growing commercial real estate company, looking for a full-time, Commercial Real Estate Director. This individual is responsible for daily marketplace engagement. They will join a dynamic, quickly growing sales team and take on a leadership role. On a daily basis this person’s responsibilities will include interfacing directly with commercial real estate owners and tenants in the New England marketplace. The best candidate will be eager to connect with building owners and tenants, grow the brand, and consistently uncover new business opportunities.
This position reports directly to the Managing Broker and therefore candidates must be eager to join a team, believe collaboration serves clients best, and of course be a self starter, resilient, and adaptable. This role requires candidates have prior commercial real estate experience - sales & leasing, or other applicable involvement.
The role is full-time - hybrid with both in office and remote work. There is a minimum 2-day in office requirement with any additional time spent in-market, on meetings or tours, canvasing, or working from home. Individuals must always be available for team communication via their phone or computer, and be prepared for occasional weekend/holiday work as needed. Members of our team must have a “Client First” mentality - always be looking for ways we can add value to new and existing customers.
Responsibilities

Be “fluent” in commercial real estate property needs and considerations
Drive brand and company services awareness through calls and digital engagement
Maintain and organize market information effectively

Maintain consistent communication with the Region Commercial brokerage and operations teams, as well as the management team

Basic Qualifications
+3 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage or adjacent field
Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License Required
Must be proficient in the real estate brokerage process, and be familiar with building owner needs
Applicant must have a sales or customer service background
Proficient with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Drive
Amazing organizational and interpersonal skills required
Eagerness to work and thrive in a fast paced environment as well as take on a leadership role
Associates or Bachelor’s degree required
Must be able to lift 25lbs
Must possess and be willing to use personal vehicle to travel
Valid drivers license required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with CoStar, LoopNet, and MLS
Property management or building services experience a plus
Experience working on a small entrepreneurial team a plus
Pay Structure
Base Salary: $35,000 per year

Commission: This individual will be paid a commission for any transactions they are involved with sourcing as a member of the transaction team.
In aggregate, candidates should expect to earn $75,000 - $150,000 annually (Base + Commission)
