A 17,280-square-foot office-industrial property located at 122 Doty Circle has been sold by Doty River, LLC (‘Seller’) to 200 PLEASANT STREET REALTY, LLC (‘Buyer’) for $2,080,000.
The building sits on approximately 1.39 acres and had been converted to office use. A large on-site parking lot provides ample parking for staff and visitors. Positioned just minutes from the MassPike and I-91, and conveniently located off Route 5 along the high-traffic Riverdale Street, this property offered the Buyer a prime location and flexible functionality. The sale was brokered by Region Commercial, representing the Seller in the transaction.
