Region Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of 33 Westfield Street, a 7,940 square foot commercial property in West Springfield, Massachusetts. The property sold for $827,000 to Crocker Design Group, out of Hingham, MA who plans to open up an office in the area.
Located just steps from downtown West Springfield’s shops, restaurants, and municipal offices, 33 Westfield Street offers a combination of visibility and accessibility. The property’s central location provides easy access to Riverdale Road, downtown Springfield, and major highways including I-90 and I-91.
