707 State Street was one of the Massachusetts Walgreen’s locations that was recently announced to close.
Located just outside of downtown Springfield at a signalized intersection, 707 State Street offers great visibility and parking options in a highly trafficked location. The building sits on a 2.02 acre lot, providing ample front and side parking, a drive-thru, and access from State Street, Hancock Street, and Monroe Street.
