Region Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of 115 Industrial Drive, a 35,829 square foot industrial property in Northampton, Massachusetts. The property sold for $2,950,000 by WAM, LLC to GBT Associates LLC.
The property previously housed Wright Architectural Millwork, who purchased the property in 2001, and recently purchased a larger industrial property in Chicopee, MA to accommodate their growth plans. For many years the company continued to add on to 115 Industrial Drive to continue creating high end commercial millwork pieces for the region and beyond. The building with its Class A executive office space, dock doors and truck access made for an ideal manufacturing facility and will continue to do so for the next owner.
