Region Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of 1255 Farmington Avenue, a 4,346 square foot property in Bristol, Connecticut. The recently developed car wash site was sold for $2,750,000 by Endurance Bristol LLC.
Region Commercial represented the purchaser of the car wash, while SRS Capital Markets worked on behalf of the seller.

The property, consisting of just over an acre of land, is located at a future traffic light with high visibility and great access for car wash sales. The building, nearing completion at the time of purchase, is slated to be delivered in Q3 of 2025, and is leased on a long term basis to Platinum Express Car Wash.
