Region Commercial is pleased to announce the successful sale of 180 East Merrimack Street in Lowell, Massachusetts for $2,700,000. All People Church acquired the property from Christ Church United in early December, 2025. Region Commercial worked on behalf of the seller and helped source the buyer, represented by Lamachia Realty.
The approximately 28,800 square foot church property sits on roughly 0.79 acres and has been extensively renovated in recent years. The building features a beautiful large main sanctuary with stained glass windows and an upper balcony, as well as a rear building that includes additional gathering, classroom, and office space. Its excellent location near downtown Lowell makes the property a central destination.
