For the past 27 years, the property has been home to Jeff's Picture Framing, a well known local business famous for its prominent signing over I-91 at the center of Springfield, and well-loved picture framing services. Throughout that time the building and its owner, Jeff Cohen, became a familiar fixture in the Springfield community.
