Region Commercial is pleased to announce that Krave N’ Eats Halal Food is set to open at 5 Fulton Avenue in Northampton, Massachusetts, bringing a new halal food destination to the growing retail and commercial site.
Krave N’ Eats Halal Food has leased 1,443 SF at 5 Fulton Avenue. The new location will provide an additional dining option for Northampton residents, area businesses, visitors, and travelers passing by Northampton. The restaurant will also serve the clients of DC Station the recently opened 10 port, Level 3 EV fast charging station.
Owner of DC Station, Bruce Voltz, shared his excitement for the future of the property, “DC Station started with a simple question: ‘What could a modern fueling station look like?’ The answer starts with using onsite solar to provide much of the electricity for the 10-port EV fast chargers. Other key components are good coffee, good food options, and unbiased EV education. We are thrilled to have Malik Awan, owner of Krave N’ Eats, joining us as our first food tenant. Malik is just the sort of young, creative entrepreneur we have been looking for. Once we have good coffee with breakfast and lunch options in place, the question of what a modern fueling station could look like will have been answered.”
Located immediately off I-91, 5 Fulton Avenue benefits from high daily traffic counts, prominent frontage on two public streets, with convenient access to both local and regional destinations. The property is situated near hotels, bowling and entertainment, and is just a short drive or walk from downtown Northampton.
